PYG mixing tank strictly follow the GMP General. Make design, test and inspection according to GB150-98 and JB/T4735-97.

1.      Heat insulator adopted PU or EPE foam which has character of high temperature resistance, ageing resistance.

2.      Welding end adopt international standard ISO with quick install cartridge. Inside is made of stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. Inside surface polish to Ra≤0.28μm. Outside surface is polished, mirrored. Sand blasted or cold rolling, meet GMP standard.

3.      The sealing of blender made of imported sanitary machinery agitator or magnetic full sealing agitator. Agitator speed is various.

4.      it consisted of respirator, liquidometer, thermometer, Manhole, sight glass, CIP hole, explosion prevention light, SIP disinfection hole etc.
